The Gallery House project was born from the idea of creating a permanent contemporary art exhibition within each residential space offered for rent.
During their stay, guests can enjoy the presence of original works of art and, at the same time, by contacting the artist directly, can also decide on a possible purchase.
The aim of this initiative is to make art accessible in a domestic and everyday context, making your stay at our facility even more exclusive.
Gallery House currently offers four residences, all perfectly furnished and equipped with every exclusive living necessity, and all with direct and independent access to private outdoor courtyards.
The first location is on two floors and the two units that constitute it are distributed across the entire upper floor; they include:
The "Mirò" apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom. An internal staircase leads down to an additional room with a double sofa bed and private bathroom.
“Chagall” apartment consisting of a living room, dining area, kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and two bathrooms.
The second location is located in the immediate vicinity and is also
with direct access to the ground floor and a small patio; it includes:
“Degas” loft consisting of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine with double bed.
“Matisse” apartment consisting of living room, kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom and laundry room.
In the immediate vicinity are the Santa Giuliana Park and Area (location of Umbria Jazz), the Tre Archi and the escalators to the Medieval Center, as well as Borgo XX Giugno and Corso Cavour, where you can enjoy the presence of the best trattorias in the city.
